I got into Personal Training 9 years ago because it was a passion of mine, and I truly wanted to be able to help people out. Last Christmas I decided I really wanted to help change somebody’s life that probably wouldn’t be able to achieve these changes without my help.
I decided to begin my search for my first ever Free Year of Personal Training. I was looking for an extremely deserving person. I needed to find somebody committed, that would be willing to fight for their goals, whatever their limitations might be. After months of searching for somebody to give away a free year of Personal Training to, I found Carrie, well actually Carrie found me.
Carrie, wheel chair and all, ventured into the gym ready to change her life. She promised she was committed and ready to do everything to reach her goals. Despite her limitations, she had high hopes in mind. She could barely breath during everyday life and she wanted to get her breathing in check, gain strength, and lose weight, all on her way to her reach her ultimate goal of walking!
I believe I have gained as much working with Carrie as she has working with me. And thanks to her dedication and results-driven attitude, I have been inspired to give out an annual Free Year of Personal Training.
If you are extremely committed to your fitness goals and would like to achieve the same life-changing progress as Carrie, then email me at email@example.com with your story. And maybe you will be the winner of my 2nd annual Free Year of Personal Training.
If you know somebody who could use a life-changing fitness achievement, let them know and please have them share their story with me.
And if YOU want to help me CHANGE SOMEBODY’S LIFE, share this post wherever you can.
Unfortunately, I can only give away one year at a time, but for everybody else, over 40, I will be happy to give you a free week of personal training. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text me at 541-505-6779.com
