Don’t Be Afraid of Weights, Know Where to Start

All too often I’ll hear from new or potential personal training clients, that they are scared to workout, or scared to hire a personal trainer. As a personal trainer myself, it is a little saddening. But at the same time, it is a great experience to see these same people overcoming their fears and achieving awesome results. Like anything, consistency and progression is key to a successful exercise program. Start slow, build your comfort level, let your body acclimate itself to exercise, and consistently progress your routines to keep your body improving.
