Upper Body Stretching (using a suspension trainer)

At 40 Plus Personal Training, I like to incorporate flexibility training into as many exercises as I can(whether you know it or not). And today I would like to provide you with visuals of our upper body stretching routine, using a suspension trainer. If you work out with me, these should all look pretty familiar. Just make sure you hold on tight.
